The core of the episode is a six-step process for moving past the resistance that keeps people stuck: notice the gap between what you logically know you should do and what you're actually doing; give yourself permission to be bad at it before you're good at it; get clear on your real why; name the specific fear that's stopping you; let go of the outcome and post anyway; remind yourself that the result doesn't determine your worth.
